Scott Discher, RN

With over two decades of frontline emergency service experience, Scott Discher brings a rare and powerful dual perspective as both a firefighter and an emergency room registered nurse. He has proudly served the City of Novi for 15 years as a firefighter, responding to critical incidents with composure, precision, and an unwavering commitment to public safety. In recognition of his actions in high-stakes situations, Scott was honored with a Life Saving Award.


In addition to his fire service career, Scott has spent the past 8 years as an ER Registered Nurse with Corewell Health in Royal Oak, specializing in fast-paced, high-acuity patient care. Known among colleagues as the “go-to” for IV access, he is trusted for his advanced technical skill, efficiency, and ability to perform with confidence under pressure.



Scott is a dependable, solutions-driven professional who leads by example, communicates clearly, and creates a calm, reassuring experience for every client he serves.

Outside of work, Scott is a proud father of two, actively coaches his son’s football team, and enjoys snowboarding in his free time.

Marissa Granett, RN, BSN Holistic Wellness

Marissa Granett is a Registered Nurse with over five years of experience, bringing both clinical expertise and a passion for education to The Hydration Well. In addition to her nursing role, she serves as a clinical instructor, where she supports and mentors future nurses, helping shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.


Marissa has specialized in IV therapy for over a year, where she has developed a strong passion for helping clients feel their best through targeted hydration and wellness support. She is deeply committed to educating clients on the benefits of IV nutritional therapy and takes pride in creating a personalized, comfortable experience for every individual she treats.


Known for her attentive and supportive approach, Marissa takes the time to guide each client in selecting the right IV drip based on their unique needs and goals, ensuring they feel confident and cared for every step of the way.


Outside of nursing, Marissa is passionate about fitness and maintaining balance across mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Coming from a large family of six siblings—many of whom are also in healthcare—her dedication to caring for others is both personal and deeply rooted.


Her goal is simple: for every client to leave feeling refreshed, energized, and truly at their best. She lives by the belief that “your health is your wealth.”

Brooke Dusaj, RN

Brooke Dusaj is a Registered Nurse with a diverse clinical background spanning emergency medicine, dermatology, and plastic surgery. She began her career in the emergency room, where she developed a strong foundation in fast-paced, high-quality patient care and sharpened her ability to think critically in dynamic environments. She later transitioned into specialized roles in dermatology and the operating room, focusing on comprehensive pre- and post-operative care.


Brooke also brings over five years of experience in IV nutritional therapy, having worked in multiple well-established wellness settings. Through this work, she developed a passion for helping clients feel their best through personalized, comfort-driven care. Her approach blends clinical expertise with a calm, client-centered experience that puts people at ease from the moment they walk in.

Outside of nursing, Brooke is a proud and busy mom to two young boys, just 11 months apart, which gives her a deep, personal understanding of how important it is to feel your best—especially on life’s busiest days. She brings that same empathy and energy into every client interaction.



In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and finding simple, meaningful ways to prioritize self-care.
